These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at petturfpipeline.com and the marketing, lead acquisition, and educational advertising services provided by The Pet Turf Pipeline ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, initiating text message communications with us, or participating in a campaign test run, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

The Pet Turf Pipeline is a business-to-business (B2B) client acquisition partner for professional artificial turf installation contractors. We design, deploy, and manage branded educational advertising funnels that pre-educate homeowners on base preparation, drainage, and realistic pricing before booking on-site estimates on the contractor's calendar.

2. Exclusivity & Territory Protection

To ensure maximum pipeline performance and avoid conflict of interest, we operate on a strict one partner per primary service territory model. While an active contractor partner is enrolled in a market, we will not deploy campaigns for direct competitors within that defined geographic radius.

3. The Test Run Terms & Conditions

Our pilot test run is designed to demonstrate campaign performance with zero upfront agency retainers:

• Direct Meta Ad Spend: The contractor partner funds a minimum of $1,000 in advertising spend paid directly to Meta Platforms, Inc. via the contractor's own ad account. The contractor maintains full visibility and ownership of every dollar spent.
• $0 Agency Build & Management Fee: We absorb all setup, ad copywriting, educational report design, lead capture configuration, and follow-up sequence build costs for the initial test campaign.
• Performance Target: The initial test run targets delivering three (3) pre-qualified booked estimates from local homeowners who have reviewed your baseline pricing.

4. Ongoing Partnership & Cancellation

Following delivery of the initial test estimates, contractor partners may choose to maintain exclusive territory lock on an ongoing basis:

• Monthly Territory Retainer: $997 per month plus the contractor's chosen ongoing Meta advertising spend.
• Month-to-Month Flexibility: There are no mandatory 6-month or 12-month lock-in contracts. Partnerships operate month-to-month.
• Cancellation & Clean Exit: Either party may terminate or pause ongoing campaigns at any time upon written notice (including via SMS or email). If a contractor elects not to continue after the test run, zero ongoing agency fees are owed, and all leads, prospects, and ad accounts remain 100% property of the contractor.

6. Platform Disclaimer

This website and our services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube. "Facebook" and "Instagram" are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Contractor Ownership: You retain full, unencumbered ownership of your Meta ad account, your business brand, customer records, yard measurements, and all leads generated during our engagement.
• Proprietary Systems: Our underlying educational funnels, proprietary calculator frameworks, and conversion logic remain the intellectual property of The Pet Turf Pipeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pet Turf Pipeline and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
